The girl that i knew somewhere.

It's a really good song, i like it a lot, but i do wonder why some album listing's have this song down as 'The girl i knew somewhere' and other's have it down as 'The girl i knew sometime'.

I know Micky sings 'somewhere', so i just assumed that was the title of the song.

But, the "Daydream believer"  greatest hit's have the title down as 'sometime', and i've seen a couple of lyrics sites also have it down as 'sometime'.

I just have no idea why, or how, this song seem's to have two title's. Maybes someone misheard the lyrics and thats how the confusion started?. Or maybes it was just a typo nobody decided to put right?.

Some of Davy's song's are a little too slushy for me.

I love a lot of Davy's lead song's. 'Daydream believer' is a classic. 'A little bit me, a little bit you' is an all time favourite of mine, and i love 'Star collector' and 'Valleri'.

But, i admit that some of his lead song's are a bit too slushy and slow for my own personal taste. 'I wanna be free', for example, is one song that i can't listen to without the odd cringe moment. Like i've said, that's just me, i'm sure there's loads of people who love the slow, slushy Davy song's. People like different thing's and that's cool.

Oh, i'm listening to 'shades of gray'  as i type this, and i love this song too. Off topic, but i am so glad they let Peter sing on this song. I love the way he and Davy's vocal's are so different, but they really compliment each other on this song.

'Mommy and Daddy'.

I know i may be alone here, but i really like, and prefer, the released version over the 2nd (or maybes first) version of the song.

I really like the song. I like how the unreleased (until later) version is quite darker than the released 1st version (the JFK line, for example), but I like the line 'do you think i'm too young, to know, to feel, to see, to hear', so the 1st releasee version wins just for that reason alone.
